•  Judging is by a panel of three

•  Where two of the three judges are of the opinion that a wine pairs well with a dish, the wine is accorded a ‘Good Pairing Award’

•  Where all three of three judges are of the opinion that a wine pairs well with a dish, the wine is accorded a ‘Perfect Pairing Award’

•  由三名评审组成评审小组

•  当三名评审中有两人认为某个葡萄酒与特定菜肴配搭得好，该葡萄酒将获得“优选奖”。

•  当所有评审都认为某个葡萄酒与特定菜肴配搭得好，该葡萄酒将获得“绝配奖”。
