Judges 2011 - Hong Kong / 评审组 - 香港 Walter KEI ／ 纪晓华Walter KEI is a travel and food columnist; design and food consultant; and, host of TV programmes. A prolific writer, he contributes columns and articles to publications in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan including Metro News, Oriental Daily, Wen Wei Po, Marie Claire, Lime Magazine, Esquire, V-Life, National Geographic Traveler, Modern Weekly and Vogue. Kei has also hosted a travel and cooking program for Hong Kong TVB station and taken part in Hong Kong Tourism Board’s road shows. 纪晓华是旅游及美食专栏作家、设计与食品顾问兼电视节目主持人。他是个多产作家，在香港、中国和台湾报章都有专栏，包括《都市报》、《东方日报》、《文汇报》、《Marie Claire》、《Lime》、《时尚先生》、《V-Life》、《国家地理旅行者》、《现代周刊》和《Vogue》。纪晓华也为香港无线电视台主持旅游和烹饪节目，并参与香港旅游局的路演。  James LAWTHER MW ／ 詹姆士·劳瑟James Lawther MW is an independent wine writer based in Bordeaux. He is a contributing editor to Decanter and writes for other international publications including The World of Fine Wine. He retailed wine at Steven Spurrier’s Les Caves de la Madeleine in Paris in the 1980s, and lectured at the Academie du Vin. He became a Master of Wine in 1993. She is a holder of the WSET Diploma (UK), and a Certified Educator accredited by the association. She writes her wine blog “Wine is Beautiful”, contributes to many publications, and has judged various international wine competitions. Leung was born and raised in Hong Kong but had also spent time residing in Canada in her adolescence. 梁淑意是一名独立葡萄酒教育工作者、葡萄酒记者兼活跃的网上和电台葡萄酒节目主持人。她拥有英国葡萄酒及烈酒教育基金会（WSET）文凭，也是获得该协会认证的教育工作者。除了葡萄酒博客“Wine is Beautiful”外，梁淑意还投稿多个出版物，并担任各个国际葡萄酒比赛的评审。梁淑意在香港出生、长大，但在少年时期曾在加拿大居住过一段日子。  Nelson SIU ／ 萧乃新Nelson SIU is founder and editor-in-chief of WINE.Luxe Magazine in Hong Kong. He is also chief editor of SEASON Magazine and creative director of N.S. Advertising. Siu is a well-known entrepreneur in Hong Kong who established the Top-Ten Private Kitchen “ALCOVE” in 2005 and presented a series of Modern Chinese Furniture “FLAT 2” in 2006. In 2009, Siu launched “WINE.Style” magazine. In 2011, Siu’s portfolio will become the “WINE.Luxe” family, incorporating a free monthly magazine, Prestigious Quarterly magazine, iPhone application and a wine information driven website. 萧乃新是香港葡萄酒杂志《WINE.Luxe》的创办人兼主编。同时，他也是《季节》杂志主编及N.S.
